|All About Camel
Camel meat is known for its large muscular fibres and high percentage of water. It has a sweet taste because of the presence of glycogen, and its colour is red or dark brown.
Camel has the same temperatures as beef when it is done. It reaches medium-rare at an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit and medium at 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
